About the tour

Experience an authentic cycling adventure around Yogyakarta! A cycling journey through Yogyakarta’s picturesque villages. Immerse yourself in the local way of life as you pedal through the serene countryside on a 15 kilometer route that takes you beyond the typical tourist path. Your cycling adventure starts on Prawirotaman Street. You can choose to do this tour in the morning or in the afternoon. Along the way, you’ll visit with your guide to a traditional tempe factory and observe the fascinating process of making tofu. You’ll also have the opportunity to help make clay bricks and explore a batik factory, where you can witness the art of this traditional textile firsthand. As you cycle through breathtaking rice fields, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to local agriculture by participating in planting activities before going back by car to your hotel.
