This is only the boat ticket Jepara to Karimunjawa. In case you want to book the boat Karimunjawa to Jepara as well you need to add the return boat ticket in your cart. Please send us copies of the passports of all passengers by Whatsapp (+62 877 3779 3332) or e-mail (info@karimunjawaboatticket.com). We are sorry but without a copy of your passport we are not able to buy boat tickets for you. It is a requirement by the boat company. Please read all conditions before ordering the boat ticket.
When will I receive the confirmation?
We will check your requested dates with the office and inform you about the availability within 24 hours. If your dates are available we will send you an email with the payment instructions. Transfer the payment as soon as possible after receiving our confirmation. After we have received your payment we will purchase your tickets as soon as possible (depending on the opening hours of the ticket office). Unfortunately, sometimes it may happen that in the time between you transferring the payment and us going to the office all the tickets will already be sold out. Your booking will be guaranteed after we send you the digital invoice as proof that the ticket has been purchased.
Can I get a refund?
When you request to reschedule, cancel or miss the boat:
Once the ticket is purchased, it is not possible to reschedule or cancel.
When we are not ablte to buy the ticket for you:
In the unfortunate case that you already tranfered to us but we are not able to buy the boat tickets because all tickets are sold out, we will of course refund 100% within 3 working days.
When the boat is cancelled due to the weather conditions:
Please note that boat journeys can be cancelled last minute due to weather conditions. If this is the case, you will be contacted immediately to discuss your options. You can either get a refund for the day that the boat is cancelled, or exchange your ticket for the next available boat scheduled to leave. You will only be refunded for the boat that has been cancelled. If you do not make it to the island due to a cancellation, it is not possible to get a refund on your ticket back to Jepara if the boat is still sailing as the boat tickets are always sold as single journeys. If the Bahari Express also cancels the boat from Karimunjawa to Jepara then we can give a refund for the way back as well.
Can the departure time still change?
Yes, it often happens that extra boats are added and departure times are changed. Make sure you have enough time for your connecting flight in case of delays or change of departure time. In general the boat company publishes the actual boat schedule and sells the boat tickets at the end of the previous month. If you want to book your tickets more in advance, we will note your booking in our calendar and contact you as soon as purchasing a ticket is possible.
