About the tour
Explore the rich heritage of the 19th century as you pedal through the historical streets of the city Bandung on a folding bike. You can choose to do this tour in the morning or afternoon. Your tour starts at Jalan Kihiur, where you’ll begin cycling through historical streets. Accompanied by a certified guide, you’ll delve into the hidden stories of Bandung, particularly from the year 1942 to 1945 when Bandung was in Japan’s occupation. The journey will take you cycling through Jalan Kihiur, Jalan Salam, Jalan Nanas, Jalan Aceh, with visits to iconic landmarks such as Gedung Sate, Taman Cibeunying and The Jaarbeurs. You will also learn about significant sites including the Indisch European Verbond School, the Cihapit women’s camp, the Oosterkerk, and the 15th Battalion camp.
