Below you can read the conditions which apply when we arrange transportation for you. Please let us know in case you have any questions about this.
To confirm your booking we need to receive the payment in advance.
After your payment you can still cancel the transportation until 24 hours before departure time. In this case you will receive a full refund.
In case you are not on time on the agreed location, the driver will wait for you maximum 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the driver will leave and we can’t refund your money. In case of a delay please contact us as soon as possible.
We will give you an advice about the departure time based on our experience and knowledge. In case you request a later departure time and you arrive at your destination too late, we are not responsible and we can’t refund your money. Neither can we offer any compensation for missing your connecting boat, train or flight.
